Paulina is a Partner at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo, a firm where she provides legal advice on labor and employment matters in a wide variety of industries and sectors.

She has more than twelve years of experience in employer-side labor advisory work in Aguascalientes and Mexico City.

Within her practice, Paulina provides support on companies’ day-to-day labor matters, as well as specialized advice in corporate and commercial transactions, start-of-operations matters, and employee transfers. She has experience in handling and defending labor litigation and works on implementing labor regulatory requirements in the workplace.
