Para mayor informaci\u00f3n pueden encontrar nuestro bolet\u00edn&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mggl.com.mx\/reforma-reduccion-jornada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>aqu\u00ed<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adicionalmente, el mismo d\u00eda se public\u00f3 una reforma relacionada con la Ley de Comercio Exterior:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Art\u00edculo 15.- Las medidas de regulaci\u00f3n y restricci\u00f3n no arancelarias a la exportaci\u00f3n de mercanc\u00edas, a que se refiere la fracci\u00f3n III del art\u00edculo 4o. de esta Ley, se podr\u00e1n establecer en los siguientes casos: [\u2026]<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>VI. Cuando se trate de situaciones no previstas por las normas oficiales mexicanas en lo referente a seguridad nacional, salud p\u00fablica, sanidad fitopecuaria o ecolog\u00eda, as\u00ed como trabajo y seguridad social, de acuerdo a la legislaci\u00f3n en la materia.
