For more information, you can find our bulletin&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mggl.com.mx\/eng\/reforma-reduccion-jornada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>here<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, on the same day, an amendment related to the Foreign Trade Law was published:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Article 15.- Non-tariff regulations and restrictions applicable to the export of goods, as referred to in Section III of Article 4 of this Law, may be established in the following cases: [\u2026]<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>VI. In situations not covered by Mexican Official Standards regarding national security, public health, phytosanitary regulations, ecology, as well as labor and social security matters, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
