{"id":1581,"date":"2022-03-28T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-28T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mggl.com.mx\/?p=1581"},"modified":"2022-03-28T12:47:16","modified_gmt":"2022-03-28T17:47:16","slug":"sobre-la-conciliacion-en-materia-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mggl.com.mx\/eng\/sobre-la-conciliacion-en-materia-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"SOBRE LA CONCILIACI\u00d3N EN MATERIA LABORAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La palabra conciliaci\u00f3n ha estado por muchos a\u00f1os en la denominaci\u00f3n de la autoridad encargada de dirimir las controversias entre el capital y el trabajo y, de acuerdo con el concepto propuesto por la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo, la conciliaci\u00f3n es una pr\u00e1ctica consistente en utilizar \u201cun mecanismo por el cual se asiste a las partes en conflicto, mediante la intervenci\u00f3n de un tercero neutral, a fin de que alcancen una soluci\u00f3n\u201d. (Disposiciones sustantivas de la legislaci\u00f3n del trabajo: Resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos colectivos de trabajo.&nbsp; Gu\u00eda sobre legislaci\u00f3n del trabajo, OIT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> La conciliaci\u00f3n se vislumbraba formalmente como una etapa del procedimiento y se ha asemejado m\u00e1s a la mediaci\u00f3n, implicando que la autoridad interviniera con el objeto de que las partes en conflicto dialoguen.
