He holds a law degree and has more than fifteen years of experience practicing labor law, including four years in civil and commercial law, as well as two years in notarial law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His practice focuses on the analysis, structuring, and support in the management of individual employment relationships, as well as the handling and follow-up of labor disputes, primarily for clients in the banking and financial, insurance, automotive, and services sectors. He also participates in the analysis and negotiation of collective labor relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout his professional career, he has participated in a wide range of high-profile projects, including workforce transfer processes involving more than one thousand employees, the closure of an automotive manufacturing plant in Cuernavaca, as well as the shutdown of supply-chain companies within the automotive industry in Quer\u00e9taro. He has also been involved in merger processes between two or more companies, particularly with respect to individual and collective labor relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, he has provided consulting and advisory services to domestic and international clients with operations in Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Brazil, France, and New Zealand, among other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luis joined Marv\u00e1n, Gonz\u00e1lez Graf y Gonz\u00e1lez Larrazolo in 2014. Previously, he worked at Manzaneque y Asociados (2010\u20132014) and at Public Notary Office No. 153, headed by Lic.
