Es licenciado en Derecho y cuenta con m\u00e1s de quince a\u00f1os de experiencia en la pr\u00e1ctica del Derecho del Trabajo, incluyendo cuatro a\u00f1os en derecho civil y mercantil, as\u00ed como dos a\u00f1os en derecho notarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su pr\u00e1ctica se enfoca en el an\u00e1lisis, estructuraci\u00f3n y apoyo en la administraci\u00f3n de las relaciones individuales de trabajo, as\u00ed como en el seguimiento y atenci\u00f3n de conflictos laborales, principalmente para clientes de los sectores bancario y financiero, asegurador, automotriz y de servicios. Asimismo, participa en el an\u00e1lisis y negociaci\u00f3n de relaciones colectivas de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo largo de su trayectoria profesional, ha participado en diversos proyectos de alta relevancia, entre los que destacan procesos de transferencia de personal de m\u00e1s de mil empleados, el cierre de una planta automotriz en Cuernavaca, as\u00ed como el cierre de empresas del canal de suministro de dicha industria en Quer\u00e9taro. Tambi\u00e9n ha intervenido en procesos de fusi\u00f3n entre dos o m\u00e1s empresas en lo relativo a las relaciones individuales y colectivas de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente, ha brindado servicios de consultor\u00eda y asesor\u00eda a clientes nacionales y extranjeros con operaciones en M\u00e9xico, Cuba, Colombia, Brasil, Francia y Nueva Zelanda, entre otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luis se incorpor\u00f3 a Marv\u00e1n, Gonz\u00e1lez Graf y Gonz\u00e1lez Larrazolo en 2014. Previamente, colabor\u00f3 en Manzaneque y Asociados (2010\u20132014) y en la Notar\u00eda P\u00fablica n\u00famero 153, a cargo del Lic.
