Luis is a partner at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo. He holds a law degree and has more than fifteen years of experience practicing labor law, including four years in civil and commercial law, as well as two years in notarial law.
His practice focuses on the analysis, structuring, and support in the management of individual employment relationships, as well as the handling and follow-up of labor disputes, primarily for clients in the banking and financial, insurance, automotive, and services sectors. He also participates in the analysis and negotiation of collective labor relations.
Throughout his professional career, he has participated in a wide range of high-profile projects, including workforce transfer processes involving more than one thousand employees, the closure of an automotive manufacturing plant in Cuernavaca, as well as the shutdown of supply-chain companies within the automotive industry in Querétaro. He has also been involved in merger processes between two or more companies, particularly with respect to individual and collective labor relations.
Additionally, he has provided consulting and advisory services to domestic and international clients with operations in Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Brazil, France, and New Zealand, among other countries.
Luis joined Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo in 2014. Previously, he worked at Manzaneque y Asociados (2010–2014) and at Public Notary Office No. 153, headed by Lic. Jorge Antonio Sánchez Cordero Dávila (2008–2010).
